This 2005 Corsair 36 was modified for living aboard and is one of the original hulls built (hull 16). The owner has been living on her and taking very good care of her for many years. He is only selling to get a larger vessel!
With a red interior, It has AC/Heat, and the area across from the head has a full cabinet, instead of the typical bench seating. A convection microwave is attached to the cabinet. The galley has the Force 10 2-burner propane stove. A fully integrated Raymarine system is installed, including a C80 color display on a swing-out arm, fish finder, GPS, Chart Plotter, Tiller Pilot (autopilot), and a 4 kW Raymarine Radar. There is a GPS-integrated ICOM 604 VHF radio with DSC, hailer and fog horn, 3 AGM batteries in 2 battery banks and a wind turbine and a solar panel.
The lighting both inside and outside (navigation) is primarily LEDs with the exception of the steaming/spreader light, and a halogen in the head.
Two headsails, the genoa/screacher and a new jib are all included, along with a MackPack for the mainsail. Barber haulers are installed on deck for both the jib and Kevlar screecher. And it has a full bimini!
The engine is a Honda 25 HP 4-stroke.

Clean and crisp!
Last Haul Out was 2 years ago and all looked good. Owner cleans hull regularly himself by diving. The boat is clean and well maintained – inside and out!
The Bimini canvas will need some work soon. Regular maintenance is performed by a local mechanic.
Recent updates 4/2016: Refrigerator has been replaced with a new one of the same model, three new AGM batteries have been purchased, and the DC fan has been replaced with a new one!
